So here I am , yet again , trying to figure out what it is I want in life , where I’m supposed to be. Only to realise that what I want isn’t always what I will get….. right? Your HexB for 6 muffins 4 syns for 15g of Nutella (optional) What you will need : 40g Porridge oats – 7syns or HexB 1 egg – Free & Protein 1 Large Dollops Quark – Free & Protein Vanilla Essence – 1/4 bottle – Free Salted Caramel Essence – 1/4 bottle – Free Carefree Sweet Caramel Syrup – 1/4 bottle 6 silicone cake holders Fry light How to make: Preheat oven to 180°c Measure your 40g of oats Add in : Egg Quark Vanilla Essence Salted Caramel Essence Sweet Caramel Syrup. Pop the mixture into the holders. At this point you can add in your nutella between the 6 cakes . Spray the holders with fry light. Pop into oven for 20-30 minutes.

I wanted to write this for all those who have been where I was , for all those who have felt the disappointment. Now lets be real about it , I cant hide much of what I eat , mainly because Im to honest. If I ate the lamb of god and all his apostles id tell all of my followers because I spent long enough hiding what I ate and where did it get me??? Overweight, unhappy and eating myself into an early grave. So I am very thankful for my 12k+ followers, they helped me get where I am today. Hey Everyone, So this week has thought me some serious lessons about being a Mom and even more so on how being a Mom can cause you to not look after yourself health wise. How tough it can be when your baby doesn’t sleep- Luke (my 16 week old son) slept for 12/13 hours a night since he was 3 weeks old , lucky me I know. But the last 2 nights he did not sleep as smooth. 2 nights only. I know im not complaining just stating. And I found it so so hard to function . One morning he woke at 3am and I was up with him. There was no going back to sleep. For the first time ever I did a 4am feed. I didnt even do that when he was born it was always 6am. I completely took my sleep for granted. Hats off to…

I used 4 syns for 2 mini Taco tortillas to serve it in. What you will need: Chicken fajitas 4 chicken Breasts Onions Mushrooms Peppers Sarah’s Spice Mix – made using a tablespoon of each chicken , Jamaican Jerk, Cajun , Paprika , Garlic salt , Black pepper , Hot chilli powder & Chilli flakes Fry lite How to make : Chop up your Onions , Peppers & Mushrooms.
