Hey Everyone, So this week has thought me some serious lessons about being a Mom and even more so on how being a Mom can cause you to not look after yourself health wise. How tough it can be when your baby doesn’t sleep- Luke (my 16 week old son) slept for 12/13 hours a night since he was 3 weeks old , lucky me I know. But the last 2 nights he did not sleep as smooth. 2 nights only. I know im not complaining just stating. And I found it so so hard to function . One morning he woke at 3am and I was up with him. There was no going back to sleep. For the first time ever I did a 4am feed. I didnt even do that when he was born it was always 6am. I completely took my sleep for granted. Hats off to…

I dont normally blog about much outside weightloss but now I’m a Mommy I feel I want to share more experiences and happenings with you all So for Christmas 2016 one of the lovely gifts my sister gave me was a complimentary night stay at THE IMPERIAL HOTEL CORK . At first I didn’t know when to go or would I go, would I bring Luke with me (my 14 week old baby boy). First time Mom and all that! We rang up,  to see what we could do and spoke to the loveliest girl Simona! Who couldn’t be of more help. She accommodated us on every level and made booking so easy! Hey Guys , So nothing drives me more mental than people who join a gym or slimming club and have the completely wrong attitude which in the long run causes them to consistently fail. You need to be open minded. Don’t join for a week to week result. Hey Everyone, So I am a huge Fan of Herbal teas, Green Teas, Detox Teas. So when I read about everyone using Miss-Fit Skinny Tea, I had to try it. Now I went and got it in Sam Macaulay’s for €19.99 and the infuser was €4.99. I have been drinking it the past 10 days, excluding 1 day actually as I didn’t drink any. Anyway I fill up my infuser wit the tea leaves each morning and use the same tea leaves for 4 cups ( which is the recommended cups a day) My verdict- Taste is fine if you are a green tea drinker/herbal tea drinker you will be used to the taste.
