Red Pepper Homous Dip One of my favourite snacks, I promise it tastes just like Nando’s Red Pepper Dip – Except mine is all free not in a sin in sight! What you will need :  4 Sweet Red Peppers 1 tin of chickpeas Easy Chilli Easy Garlic Pink Rock Salt 1 Lemon How to make- Roast your red peppers in the oven for about 15 mins @ 180’c Boil your chick peas once they are rinsed & drained ( I like to do this- just to soften them) for maybe 5 to 6 mins Add a heaped tsp of Easy Chilli & Easy Garlic to a bowl Sprinkle some Pink Rock Salt over it Add your drained Chickpeas Add your Sweet Peppers Squeeze Lemon Over it and………..Blitz!!!! I promise its Delicious Sar x

What you will need : 2 onions 1 Veg Stock Pot 1 Veg Stock cube 2 Tins tomatoes 1 Large jar of baby carrots 2 Sweet red peppers 3 Tomatoes Chilli flakes Fresh Garlic & Fresh Chilli How to make : Roast your carrots & sweet peppers in the oven for 15-20 mins add all ingredients into a pot , leave to boil then blend!! Your HexB for 6 muffins 4 syns for 15g of Nutella (optional) What you will need : 40g Porridge oats – 7syns or HexB 1 egg – Free & Protein 1 Large Dollops Quark – Free & Protein Vanilla Essence – 1/4 bottle – Free Salted Caramel Essence – 1/4 bottle – Free Carefree Sweet Caramel Syrup – 1/4 bottle 6 silicone cake holders Fry light How to make: Preheat oven to 180°c Measure your 40g of oats Add in : Egg Quark Vanilla Essence Salted Caramel Essence Sweet Caramel Syrup. Pop the mixture into the holders. At this point you can add in your nutella between the 6 cakes . Spray the holders with fry light. Pop into oven for 20-30 minutes.
