What you will need : Medium pot 2 onions 3 veg stock cubes 2 tins tomatoes 1 large jar of baby carrots 2 sweet red peppers 3 tomatoes Chilli flakes Frozen Garlic Basil & Ginger How to : Place all ingredients into the pot , I leave my onions whole with the skin removed, I add the seasonings to my liking . Fill the remainder of your pot with cold water. Leave to boil then Blend it up! I do add alot of chilli flakes as I Love spicy food. And……BOOM Speedy Spicy tomatoe Soup ready for the week ahead

What You Will Need : 12.5g Blue Cheese (I got mine in Aldi) -3 syns 1 large dollop quark – Free Lemon Juice – Free 1 level Tbsp Lighter than light mayo – 0.5 syn. How to make : Mash your blue cheese with a fork , then add in your quark, mayo and lemon juice! BOOM!!! It tastes AMAZING!

Hey Everyone, So I’m a huge lover of mushroom soup but never tried making it myself! I took the chance last week and it’s absolutely gorgeous! Counts towards your 1/3 speed to!! What you will need : 4 large punnets of mushrooms 2 large onions 3 Vegetable stock cubes Black peppercorns Large pot How to make : Place all ingredients in a pot with water. Leave to boil for about 30-35 mins Use a hand blender to blitz it all and make your soup! Syn Free & Full of Speed

So here I am , yet again , trying to figure out what it is I want in life , where I’m supposed to be. Only to realise that what I want isn’t always what I will get….. right? So as most of you may of seen from my Snapchat  (fatnflabfitnfab) I used my Butternut Squash soup as a base for a curry This was the first time I did it and will definitely be only ever doing it this way I used : 3 large cups of soup – Speed 28g Mayflower curry powder – 4 syns Tesco Hot Curry Powder – Free Chillies – Speed 4 Medium Chicken Breasts – Free To make : Boil your chicken in a pot for 30-35 mins until cooked In a separate pot have your soup on a low heat Add in your 28g of Mayflower curry powder Stir it until it becomes a curry sauce Top it up with the Tesco Hot powder ( this would be yo your liking , I love curry so I used a good bit) Add in chillies to your liking , I used the…

What you will need :  2 Butternutsquash 6 Carrots 2 onions 2 Vegetable stock cubes Large Pot How to make : Peel your Butternutsquash with a potatoe peeler (makes life easier) leaving the seeds out. Using a sharp knife cut it into chunks Peel and chop your carrots Peel the 2 onions but leave them whole Add them all into large pot with cold water (I just fill pot 3/4 way) Drop in the 2 Vegetable stock cubes Leave to boil Use a hand blender to blend.
