Banana Porridge Bread

Hi Everyone! So I will be honest I totally winged this but its actually gorgeous

Preheat Your Oven 180°c

What you will need

120g Natural Fat Free Yogurt

3 Ripe Bananas

2 Eggs

110g Skinny Syrup – Sticky Toffee Pudding Flavor

Tsp Baking Soda

Ground Cinnamon

Tsp Vanilla Essence

150g Wholemeal Flour

40g Oats

25g White Chocolate Chips

To Make

Mash Bananas

Add your Eggs , Yogurt , Syrup , Baking Soda & Cinnamon.

Once all mixed add your Flour , Oats & White Chocolate Chips

Place in a Loaf Tray

Cook for 40 mins

Leave to cool

12 slices 4.5 syns a slice
