What you will need : 

2 Butternutsquash

6 Carrots

2 onions

2 Vegetable stock cubes

Large Pot

How to make :

Peel your Butternutsquash with a potatoe peeler (makes life easier) leaving the seeds out.

Using a sharp knife cut it into chunks

Peel and chop your carrots

Peel the 2 onions but leave them whole

Add them all into large pot with cold water (I just fill pot 3/4 way)

Drop in the 2 Vegetable stock cubes

Leave to boil

Use a hand blender to blend.

And done!

Add some Salt & Pepper

Absolutely delicious
