What you will need :

Chilli beef:

1 Pack of extra lean mince – Free & Protein

1 Tin Kidney Beans – Free & Protein

1 tub of Passata – Free & Speed

Yellow pepper & red pepper – Free & Speed

1 onion – Free & Speed

Garlic salt , Cayenne pepper , Chilli powder , Chilli flakes – Free

Fry light – Free

40g mozarella HeXa

Spinach – Speed

Jalepenos- Speed

Speedy Salsa:

1 tub of Pasatta , 1 green pepper , 1 onion , half a jar of Jalepenos – Speed & Free

Nachos:

1 Fitzgerald multiseed & cereal wrap – HexB

Sea salt & sweet paprika – Free

Nachos Slimming World Style

Sour cream:

Dollop of quark , garlic salt & mixed herbs – Free & Protein.

How to make :

Chilli Beef:

In a pan sprayed with fry light cook your diced onion until golden

Add in your extra lean mince

Cook until brown

Add in your passata

Stir for a few mins

Add in your kidney beans (I strain mine)

Add your seasonings to your liking and leave to simmer until it becomes a thick consistency (20 mins I leave it for)

Once cooked top with jalepenos and cheese , serve with some speedy lettuce


Syn free Nachos

Salsa:

In a small pot put your passata , chopped pepper & onion and half a bar of jalepenos leave to boil for a few minutes then leave to simmer for about 15-20.

Sour cream :

Mix your dollop of quark , garlic salt & mixed herbs to your liking. (This is unreal it tastes like sour cream)

Nachos:

With a pizza cutter , cut your wrap into tortilla chips. Spray your tray and place them into the preheated oven for about 10 mins until golden. Season with sea salt and sweet paprika.
