Salted Caramel Muffins 

Your HexB for 6 muffins

4 syns for 15g of Nutella (optional) 

What you will need :

40g Porridge oats – 7syns or HexB

1 egg – Free & Protein 

1 Large Dollops Quark – Free & Protein 

Vanilla Essence – 1/4 bottle – Free 

Salted Caramel Essence – 1/4 bottle – Free 

Carefree Sweet Caramel Syrup – 1/4 bottle 

6 silicone cake holders

Fry light 

How to make:

Preheat oven to 180°c

Measure your 40g of oats 

Add in :

  • Egg
  • Quark
  • Vanilla Essence 
  • Salted Caramel Essence 
  • Sweet Caramel Syrup.

Pop the mixture into the holders. 

At this point you can add in your nutella between the 6 cakes .

Spray the holders with fry light.

Pop into oven for 20-30 minutes.
